Diet culture has really made things difficult for those of us wanting, or needing, to lose weight for the benefit of our health - both physical and mental.

How do we lose weight without engaging in diet culture?

This 12 week program is a community based program that focuses on health and wellness. It is not a diet or prescribed plan. There are no products or rules.

It is health focused so that we can bring our bodies back into balance and get the nutrients we need while building healthier habits, and surrounding ourselves with a loving, supportive community.
